2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gambolio. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that any prediction activity on the platform complies with the laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
You may not share your account or impersonate another user.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Prediction Activity

Gambolio facilitates prediction contests between users. All predictions are final once accepted. Outcomes are determined either automatically via our AI resolution system or manually by the prediction creator, as specified when the prediction is created. We are not responsible for disputes between users regarding outcomes.

5. SMS Text Messaging

By verifying your phone number and enabling SMS notifications in your account settings, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Gambolio at the phone number you provided. These messages include:

Account authentication codes (one-time passwords)
Prediction request and acceptance notifications
Prediction resolution alerts
Account activity alerts

Message frequency depends on your betting activity. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS notifications, reply STOP to any message, or disable SMS notifications in your profile settings. For help, reply HELP or email support@gambol.io.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Using the platform for any illegal purpose.
Attempting to manipulate prediction outcomes.
Harassing or abusing other users.
Creating multiple accounts.
Attempting to circumvent any security or access controls.

7. Disclaimer

Gambolio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI resolutions, or the conduct of other users. Use the platform at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
